I can totally recommend Topdog Training to any dog lover out there. We got our adored dog off Henry two years ago. I was terrified of all dogs but we needed a protection dog and thought we would check out this business having read a lot of great things about them online. Henry did us the greatest service by being able to match the dog to the owner so well. The first dog we met was too boisterous for me and I was not comfortable about committing to her though my husband would have been. Henry was so non pushy and encouraged us to take out time and think about it for a few days, He then explained that he had a quieter dog who was also a trained protection dog and offered to introduce us. It was love at first heel! Here was a dog that I didn't feel intimidated by and we have enjoyed her ever since. Our family has grown since then and she is dedicated to our baby and has never been in any way aggressive to her. . Our dog stays with Henry if we are away or travelling in the country - she has stayed over many times and it is such a pleasure to drop off a happy dog and collect a happier one. She absolutely loves the people who work there. I think Topdog Training is a very well run operation and the service and after care they provide is second to none. I have often contacted them with a query re our dog's diet etc and they are so helpful. I am also thrilled to have completely lost my fear of dogs through my 100% positive experience with Henry ( who taught me how to handle a dog ) and our own lovely girl.

Hi all at Top Dog, It's just over a year since I got Max our trained family protection dog from you, and I've had no unwanted people calling, but the regular people that I meet on our walks always stop to say hello to Max. The Garda K9 unit and special branch even called to see him after they saw a picture of him...they were very impressed. Hi Henry, I wanted to write and give you an update on Caesar, he hasn't been with us long but has already become a much loved and important member of our family. He has developed a strong bond with all of us but most importantly has established a fantastic relationship with the children and is always very respectful and gentle around them. He even likes to go to their rooms every night to give them a cuddle and say goodnight. We couldn't imagine being without him now. He has even gained the affection of my mother (not an easy thing to do!) He makes a great impression on everyone he meets! Everyone at TopDog has been approachable and incredibly friendly. It is lovely that you take a genuine interest in your dogs after they go to a new home. The great advice we have received and ongoing support offered really gives us piece of mind that we always have someone to turn to if needed. Caesar is a beautiful looking dog who is wonderfully intelligent with a fabulous temperament and personality to match, you have done a great job with his training, he is very level headed, obedient, confident and great fun to be around. We have a lovely companion and friend who we know will look out for us no matter what. He is our perfect dog. I cannot recommend you highly enough, the dogs seem relaxed and happy to be there and your kennels are the tidiest and cleanest I have ever seen which clearly shows the professionalism and incredibly high standard you adhere to, I wish you continued success in all that you do at TopDogTraining.
