SUITABILITY REQUIREMENTS

This portable wireless dog fence system is suitable for:
• Outdoor and indoor use 
• Open spaces, gardens, parks, and travel environments
• Owners who want a moving boundary that follows them
• Dogs aged 6 months and older

This system may not be suitable for:
• Very large roaming distances beyond set range
• Environments with heavy signal interference (e.g. dense metal structures or strong electronic interference)

SIGNAL & PROPER USE

This system operates using a real-time proximity signal between the transmitter and collar, not GPS or buried wires.

To ensure optimal performance:

• The transmitter should be carried or placed centrally to maintain a stable boundary
• Avoid blocking the signal with large obstacles, metal objects, or dense structures
• The system creates a moving boundary that follows the transmitter, not a fixed location
• The collar and transmitter must be kept sufficiently charged and checked regularly
• Boundary distance should be tested and adjusted before use in new environments

Performance may vary depending on surroundings, interference, and positioning.

OWNER RESPONSIBILITY

This product is a training and proximity containment aid only and does not replace supervision, training, or responsible pet ownership.

The owner is responsible for:
• Correct setup and distance configuration
• Understanding that the boundary moves with the transmitter
• Monitoring battery levels and device condition
• Ensuring the dog is properly trained to understand the system
• Regular inspection of the collar, strap, and charging components

The seller cannot be held responsible for escape incidents, misuse, or performance issues resulting from incorrect setup, lack of supervision, or environmental interference.

12-MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY

This product includes a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and internal malfunctions under normal use.

The warranty does NOT cover faults or damage caused by:
• Dogs biting, chewing, or physically damaging the receiver unit
• Cracked screens, damaged buttons, or casing damage from impact or drops
• Water ingress caused by improper sealing of charging ports
• Misuse, neglect, improper handling, or use of non-approved accessories
• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or battery degradation over time
• Performance issues caused by incorrect use, interference, or misunderstanding of the moving boundary system

WATER RESISTANCE NOTICE

The collar is water-resistant when properly maintained. Charging ports and seals must be fully closed after charging. Failure to properly seal components may result in water damage, which is not covered under warranty.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

All warranty claims require valid proof of purchase and a clear description of the issue. Photo or video evidence may be requested during the assessment process.

Devices showing signs of physical damage, chewing, improper handling, or misuse will not qualify for repair or replacement under warranty.

FINAL DISCLAIMER

This system provides a portable, moving proximity boundary, not a physical fence. Performance may vary depending on environment, positioning, and usage conditions.

By using this product, the customer acknowledges that it is a training and control aid, not a guaranteed containment solution, and accepts all associated limitations.
