SUITABILITY REQUIREMENTS

This UWB wireless dog fence system is suitable for:
• Small to large outdoor areas
• Residential properties, gardens, and open spaces
• Indoor and outdoor use (including restricted “no-go” zones)
• Dogs aged 6 months and older

For best performance, the system should be used in areas with a clear line of sight between the transmitter and collar. Performance may be reduced in environments with heavy interference such as thick walls, metal structures, or dense obstacles.

UWB SIGNAL & PROPER USE

This system uses Ultra-Wideband (UWB) technology for high-precision distance measurement and fast response times. To ensure optimal performance:

• The transmitter should be placed in a stable, central location
• Avoid placing the transmitter behind thick walls, metal objects, or electronic interference sources
• Ensure the collar is properly fitted and fully charged before use
• Regularly check signal performance and boundary consistency

UWB signals are highly accurate but may be affected by physical obstructions or improper placement of the base unit.

OWNER RESPONSIBILITY

This product is a training and containment aid only and does not replace supervision, training, or responsible pet ownership.

The owner is responsible for:

12-MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY

• Cracked screens, damaged buttons, or casing damage from impact or drops
• Water ingress caused by improper sealing of charging ports or physical damage
• Misuse, neglect, improper handling, or use of non-approved accessories
• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or battery degradation over time
• Signal or performance issues caused by environmental interference, obstruction, or incorrect transmitter placement

WATER RESISTANCE NOTICE

The collar is water-resistant when properly maintained. Charging ports and seals must be fully closed after charging. Failure to properly seal components may result in water damage, which is not covered under warranty.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

All warranty claims require valid proof of purchase and a clear description of the issue. Photo or video evidence may be requested during the assessment process.

Devices showing signs of physical damage, chewing, improper handling, or misuse will not qualify for repair or replacement under warranty.
